The three phases of our projects are Project Initiation, Research and Development, and Project Management. These all have many steps within them, which are outlined for our client from the beginning and throughout the project.

Our Process
Phase 1 — Project Initiation
Consultation and Project Review: Meet with the client to understand their requirements, preferences, and project scope.
Field measure, Photograph, and Inventory: Visit the project site, take measurements, and photographs, and create an inventory of existing items.
Contract and Project Begin: Establish a contract or agreement with the client and formally initiate the project.
Phase 2 — Research, Design, and Presentation
Trade Day and Project Site Assessment: Coordinate with relevant tradespeople or contractors for site assessments, such as electrical or plumbing experts.
Design Development, Drawings, and Selections: Create design concepts, develop detailed drawings, and make material and product selections.
Presentation, Estimates, and Deposits: Present the design concepts and estimates to the client for their approval. Collect any required deposits.
Phase 3 — Project Management
Order Placement and Purchasing: Place orders for materials, products, and furnishings as per the approved design.
Project Status, Deliverables, and Timeline: Maintain regular communication with the client, provide project status updates, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Renovation and Labor, Progress Site Checks: Oversee the renovation process, and conduct regular site checks to monitor progress.
Renovation Wrap and Installation Prep: Complete the renovation work and prepare for the installation of furnishings and decorative items.
Furniture Installation and Styling: Install furniture, and arrange and style the space according to the approved design.
Client Reveal and Project Milestones: Reveal the completed project to the client, celebrate project milestones, and seek their feedback.
